The Venue at Hidden Lake does allow clients to bring in outside caterers at no additional charge. All caterers must be licensed and insured, and approved by The Venue Mgmt. An on-site meeting with the events manager and caterer is preferred approximately 30 days prior to the date of the event. Caterer must provide COI prior to event.

Because the safety of you and your guests is of the utmost importance to us, we have partnered with a licensed and insured vendor that will happily work with you on your event beverage needs. All bartenders are TIPS certified, giving you a peace of mind that you deserve. All attendees need to have a physical (current) ID.

No alcohol is permitted outside of bartender contracted hours or without bartender being present.

Please be advised that no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises of The Venue at Hidden Lake. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed within the venue. Additionally, no alcohol may be taken off the premises.

You are not required to hire an outside professional event planner (although this is always encouraged). However, if a professional planner is not retained, we DO require that you book with our Day-Of-Coordinator to facilitate a successful event. More details of this service can be discussed in person. Based on expectations, the Day of Coordinator fee will range between $600-$750 but will be absolutely worth it!

Our In-House Day-of-Coordinator is required for an additional fee of $800 if a Wedding Planner is not retained by the wedding party. This is to assist with a successful and stress-free event. Her services include:

  • Creating a timeline of your day.
  • Meeting with you at least twice. Once about 6 weeks and again 2 weeks before your wedding to discuss final details.
  • Day of coordinating for your ceremony & reception.
  • Day of communicating with your vendors to ensure your timeline is seamless.
