No. The Venue at Hidden Lake is a smoke-free, tobacco-free, e-cigarette free venue & property. We have lush forestry, private residences & a very old barn.
The Venue at Hidden Lake does allow clients to bring in outside caterers at no additional charge. All caterers must be licensed and insured, and approved by The Venue Mgmt. An on-site meeting with the events manager and caterer is preferred approximately 30 days prior to the date of the event. Caterer must provide COI prior to event.
No Drop Off catering allowed
Because the safety of you and your guests is of the utmost importance to us, we have partnered with a licensed and insured vendor that will happily work with you on your event beverage needs. All bartenders are TIPS certified, giving you a peace of mind that you deserve. All attendees need to have a physical (current) ID.
No alcohol is permitted outside of bartender contracted hours or without bartender being present.
Please be advised that no outside alcohol is allowed on the premises of The Venue at Hidden Lake. For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased and consumed within the venue. Additionally, no alcohol may be taken off the premises.

You are not required to hire an outside professional event planner (although this is always encouraged). However, if a professional planner is not retained, we DO require that you book with our Day-Of-Coordinator to facilitate a successful event. More details of this service can be discussed in person. Based on expectations, the Day of Coordinator fee will range between $600-$750 but will be absolutely worth it!

While we absolutely CHERISH our beloved pets, they are not allowed at events for safety reasons. On a case-by- case basis, we would consider hosting a pet-friendly event, additional fees and rules may apply.
Yes, amplified music is only permitted until 10PM.
Renter is responsible for setup, breakdown & cleanup. For daily rentals, please factor this in your timeline. For Daily Rental Weddings, we encourage you to have ceremony at 1PM, 2PM, or 3PM to allow ample time for setup and breakdown/cleanup.
Yes, The Venue at Hidden Lake will arrange for onsite security that will arrive 30 minutes prior to guests arriving and will stay on premise 30 minutes after last guest(s) leave. (Security fee IS included in Weekend Wedding Package price. Security fee is NOT included for Daily Rental pricing.)

• Large wooden bar on wheels, with the freedom to relocate to the location of your choosing for bar service.
• Ample electrical outlets spread throughout the interior and exterior of the barn for sound and décor purposes.
• White drapery with twinkle lighting set up in the barn, free of charge!

• We are available by phone, text, or email to answer any questions you may have leading up to your wedding day.
• Complimentary photo session on our gorgeous property with your photographer, scheduled any time prior to your wedding.
Our In-House Day-of-Coordinator is required for an additional fee of $750 if a Wedding Planner is not retained by the wedding party. This is to assist with a successful and stress-free event. Her services include:
• Creating a timeline of your day.
• Meeting with you at least twice. Once about 6 weeks and again 2 weeks before your wedding to discuss final details.
• Coordinating your on-site rehearsal, ceremony & reception.
• Communicating with your vendors to alleviate any additional stressors on your big day.
